TERMS OF SERVICE
🌸Commissioned work is for personal use only and can be printed, used as profile pictures, wallpapers, and posted on public viewing platforms with credit to me @NatsuNami.
🌸There is a 100% commercial fee for selling art as merchandise. There is no extra fee to use on stream or socials.
🌸 I reserve full rights to the artwork
🌸 I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation
🌸 Payment is 100% upfront through paypal
Process
1. Commission Form
After reviewing the TOS and Commission Prices, please fill out the [Commission Form]()2. Confirmation Email & Payment
You will receive an email for confirmation within a week. The commission should be completed within 2 months.
I will contact you if I need more time.
➞ You must pay the Paypal invoice within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel the commission.
If you would like to cancel your commission, please do so BEFORE the payment.3. Sketch & WIPS
A maximum of 2 sketch revisions are allowed to be requested prior to the finished commission.
Work-in-progress shots will be sent during lining and rendering stages for minor changes or if I have any questions.

The final image will be sent via email in .png file.
➞PSD files/transparent versions can be provided.REFUND POLICY
• 100% refund if I have not started your commission and you'd like to cancel.
• 50% refund if I have already made a sample sketch.
• No refunds if the sample sketch has been approved and I've already begun working.
• If by any reason I cannot finish your commission and you've already paid, I will refund you 100% the amount.
